Office Assistant / Receptionist

At LJ Hooker, our mission is simple – to deliver exceptional customer service to every person who connects with us, whether it’s their first phone call, first visit, or long-term partnership with our team.

We’re looking for an energetic, people-focused front of office coordinator to be the welcoming face (and voice!) of our business. You’ll set the tone for client interactions, support our sales and property management teams, and help keep our office running smoothly. This is your chance to join our LJ Hooker Tully’s team with the opportunities to learn, grow, and truly make the role your own.

The role is part-time, Monday to Friday, with up to approximately 33 hours per week.

 What you'll Do

  • Be the first point of contact for clients — in person and over the phone
  • Manage reception and front office operations with professionalism and warmth
  • Assist the sales and property management teams with administrative support
  • Solve problems on the spot and keep things moving smoothly
  • Maintain an organised, welcoming, clean and professional environment

 What We're Looking For

  • Professional personal presentation — you’ll be representing our brand
  • Excellent customer service skills — friendly, empathetic, and solution-focused
  • Quick thinker with strong initiative
  • Fast learner with a “can-do” attitude
  • Positive approach to challenges
  • Good computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Able to work under pressure while keeping your smile intact
  • Someone who enjoys working with people 

Qualifications and Licences

  • Certificate of Registration as a Real Estate Salesperson or Real Estate Licence (or willingness to obtain)
  • Current driver’s licence (preferred but not essential)
