The receptionist is the “face” of the business and is required to maintain a high standard of professional communication, attitude and appearance at all times.
Providing general support to the team, the receptionist will undertake general office duties including managing incoming phone calls, mail and banking.
You will be assisting the Property Management and Sales Team as a director of first impressions. You will be joining a friendly team and some duties will include;
- Answering phone calls and conveying accurate messages
- Collect and distribute daily mail
- Maintaining familiarity at the agency to ensure prompt answers to enquires
- Assisting the sales and property management teams with tasks at hand
- Handle rental receipts from tenants
- Compile and transact daily banking
We are looking for a motivated, enthusiastic candidate who is ready to take on a challenge and make this role their own. The successful candidate will have;
- Excellent communication skills
- Good organisation skills
- Very good personal presentation
- Ability to adapt and ability to handle multiple tasks
- Good computer skills
- Motivated and courteous individual
- Strong work ethic and ability to work well in a team environment
- Driver Licence preferred
